Ingredients

  • Beans
  • Fresh Chilli Pepper
  • Fresh Tatashe
  • Onions
  • Mackerel Fish
  • Crayfish (grounded)
  • Seasoning cubes (Knorr chicken)
  • Egg (Boiled)
  • Vegetable oil Salt

Method:

  • Step 1: Remove dirt and stone from beans, soak for some minute.
  • Step 2: Wash and peel back, change the water from time to time.
  • Step 3: Separate the shaft from the beans.
  • Step 4: Wash your Fresh Chilli Pepper, Tatashe, slice onions and blend with washed beans.
  • Step 5: Wash, cook and debone your mackerel fish.
  • Step 6: Pour paste into a bowl and add little fresh grounded pepper, sliced onions, Salt, crush Maggi, grounded Crayfish, and groundnut oil and turn very well.
  • Step 7: Place pot with water in it, on gas or stove.
  • Step 8: Prepare your tin plate or leaves if using leaves and pour in your beans puree, add in the boiled egg and fish and cover or fold. Place in the pot of already boiled water, cover and cooked for 40-45mins or until it sets and no more runny.
